IGLASS

iGlass is a product we developed to monitor and track messages as they flow through an integrations system. The solution allows our customers to track their status, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot problems. This AI-based tool accepts the solutions for the issues and suggests possible solutions when a similar error occurs.

KEY POINTS ABOUT IGLASS IN AN INTEGRATION:

Purpose
To gain visibility into the entire process flow, including when a message is sent, received, or processed, or if any errors occur.

Metadata
The metadata, along with key transactional payloads based on the integration, including details like transactionID, sender, receiver, time stamps, message content, processing status received, and error codes, will be persisted in the database.
